Welcome to evergreenrentals.ae (collectively referred to as “the Sites,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using our Sites and services, you (“you,” “your,” or “the user”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Sites, creating an account, or booking rental services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Sites or services.
2. Services
We provide rental services including (but not limited to) furniture, event items, and related products available through our Sites. Specific details of each rental (duration, delivery, setup, return, etc.) will be provided at the time of booking.
3. User Obligations
When using our Sites or booking services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration or booking.
- Use the Sites only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse the Sites, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Return rental items in the same condition as delivered (normal wear and tear excepted).
4. Booking & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
- Payment methods are provided via secure third-party payment processors.
- Prices displayed on the Sites are in [Insert Currency] and include/exclude taxes as specified.
- Late payments, damages, or lost items may result in additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made within [2 days/hours] of the scheduled rental may be subject to a cancellation fee.

- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
6. Delivery & Returns

- The customer must ensure accessibility to the premises at the agreed times.
- Any delays or inability to deliver due to incorrect information provided by the customer may result in extra charges.
7. Damage, Loss & Liability
- Customers are responsible for rental items while in their possession.
- Any loss, theft, or damage (beyond normal wear) may incur repair or replacement costs.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our rental products or Sites.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our Sites (logos, text, graphics, images, designs, software) is the property of Evergreen Rentals and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Links
Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such websites and encourage you to review their terms and conditions separately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Sites or services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evergreen Rentals, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Sites, rental services, or breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on the Sites with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance of such changes.
